Prior to co-founding Shoreward Realty, Justin dedicated 20 years to the United States Coast Guard, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and strategic skills that continue to define his professional career. During his service, he earned degrees from Howard Washington University and Southern Illinois University, laying a strong academic foundation for his post-military endeavors.
Justin became a licensed real estate professional in 2007 and has since gained comprehensive experience across all facets of real estate, including commercial, residential property management, and residential sales. His success in a competitive and complex marketplace is fueled by his tenacity, drive, and ability to build and empower high-performing teams.
