Alissa Spencer is the Owner and Co-Founder of Shoreward Realty. In this capacity, she oversees all brokerage activities, training, and conducts business development. Alissa began her Real Estate career in 2005 and has been running non-stop ever since. She takes pride in being a Full Service Real Estate Professional with a detailed business plan to assist Buyers and Sellers alike. Prior to co-founding Shoreward Realty, Justin served 20 years in the United States Coast Guard. During his Coast Guard Career, he graduated from Howard Washington University and Southern Illinois University before retiring and settling to Orange Park. Justin became licensed in 2007 and has been involved in all facets of real estate services including: Commercial, Residential Property Management and Residential Sales. His success in an increasingly complex and competitive marketplace is a function of his tenacity, drive, leadership skills, and the ability to assemble and empower high-functioning teams.
He achieves the highest praise because of tireless dedication to Shoreward Realty Inc and the customers that he serves on a daily basis. Justin is involved with the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors having been a committee member since January 1, 2010. His Affiliations also include the National Association of REALTORS, Florida Association of REALTORS, and Home from Work Keynote Speaker for the Northeast Association of REALTORS.
Ashley Roewe is a Realtor and Property Manager at Shoreward Realty, Inc. In addition to being a full service Realtor, she has also serves the Orange Park community in many different ways. She volunteered with Special Olympics Clay County for 8 years, worked with children on the autism spectrum and coached cheer leading.
Through her commitment to excellence and personal service Ashley has become a dedicated member of the Shoreward Realty team and Property Management Division. She has the knowledge, resources, and expertise to market your home effectively, and to help you choose the right home or the right builder for you and your family.

Joshua Dauk is a Licensed Realtor serving North East Florida. He is a Florida Native has been working for Shoreward Realty since 2016 while also continuing his studies at St. Johns River State College in Orange Park and recently transferred to The University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
